Terms and Conditions
Welcome to LEAP Educational Resources. By engaging with our services—whether diagnostic testing, counseling, or educational consultation—you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
LEAP Educational Resources provides educational diagnostic testing, ADHD and autism support, educational consultation, and family coaching. Services are offered by licensed professionals and are intended to support academic and developmental growth.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a rescheduling fee unless related to illness or documented hardship (including grief-related circumstances).
3. Fees and Payment
Service fees are disclosed at the time of booking. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Sliding scale options, payment plans, or scholarships may be available based on need and availability of funds.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during services is confidential and protected under federal and state privacy laws. LEAP will not release records without written consent, except as required by law.
5. Use of Assessments and Reports
Testing materials and written reports are for educational planning and accommodations only. LEAP retains the right to withhold official results until payment is completed. Reports are not to be altered or distributed for unauthorized purposes.
6. Grief and Crisis Accommodations
Clients experiencing grief, trauma, or medical hardship are encouraged to request accommodations such as flexible scheduling, fee modifications, or temporary pauses in service. See our Grief Terms Policy for more details.
7. Right to Refuse Service
LEAP reserves the right to discontinue services in the event of inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or conflicts of interest that interfere with ethical practice.
